1. LLT Journal: A Journal on Language and Language Teaching was first published offline in 1997 by the English Language Education Study Programme of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Fakultas Keguruan dan Pendidikan) of Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The online version started in 2017 (Volome 20, No. 2, October 2017).
2. Due to technical issues, LLT Journal: A Journal on Language and Language Teaching was published once, not twice, in 2013 and 2014.
3. The official journal name LLT Journal:A Journal on Language and Language Teaching was incorrectly referred to as Language and Language Teaching (LLT) Journal.
4. Starting from Vol. 20 No. 1, April 2017, the layout of the full paper is one coloumn, previously two coloumns.
5. LLT Journal: A Journal on Language and Language Teaching has been nationally accredited Sinta 3 by the Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia based on the decree SK No. 30/E/KPT/2018. (Validity: Vol 20 No 1, 2017 till Vol 24 No 1, 2021 [5 years])
6. LLT Journal: A Journal on Language and Language Teaching has been nationally accredited Sinta 2 by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia based on the decree No. Surat Keterangan 158/E/KPT/2021. Validity for 5 years: from Vol 23 No 1, 2020 until Vol 27 No 2, 2024
7. LLT Journal: A Journal on Language and Language Teaching has been indexed in Scopus -- since 8 July 2023.
