PELATIHAN GERAKAN LITERASI SEKOLAH (GLS) DI SMP PANGUDI LUHUR ST. VINCENTIUS SEDAYU BANTUL

Abstract


Implementation of Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) in partner schools, SMP Pangudi Luhur St. Vincentius Sedayu, has not been optimal, especially at the integration stage in learning. In addition to the lack of socialization in GLS, curriculum development and learning in recent times has been quite troublesome for teachers. Literacy culture is also not fully supported by teachers because of the various limitations faced. Based on the problems faced by the partner schools, the community service program was held in the form of GLS training. The training was attended by teachers and students (OSIS) SMP Pangudi Luhur St. Vincentius Sedayu. This training activity was held at a partner school, SMP Pangudi Luhur St. Vincentius Sedayu. As a result, the teachers gained more insight into GLS, which was realized in the follow-up plan. The students as OSIS are ready to become a driving force for their friends in supporting the implementation of GLS which is delivered in the superior program plan.
