Abstract


Village fund allocated by the government can be one to advance village development. In order to make the use of village funds more optimal, it is necessary to train both the community and the apparatus together on the techniques of arranging participatory planning, so that the perception of the community and village officials will be the same in utilizing village funds for the acceleration of development in the village to achieve better welfare. In order to increase the role of all levels of village communities, especially in optimizing the role of Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) in the use of village funds, it is necessary to introduce participatory rural appraisal (PRA) methods to villagers. The method to be used in this activity is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. Trainees will be given materials in the form of theory, simulation and practice. The trainees consisted of, community leaders, village officials, Karang Taruna Youth and study mothers. The number of participants in this activity is as many as 20 people. This activity will be monitored and accompanied so that the training participants can increase its capacity in participatory planning.
