SOSIALISASI KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL MA SOLIHIYYAH UNTUK MENGUASAI RASA EMOSI TERHADAP ORANG LAIN

Abstract

Community service plans in MA Solihiyah Sub Mranggen, Demak aimed at teens in MA Solihiyyah. The community service activities aimed to observe and analyzed the existing problems in the field, namely teens who expressed their emotions with their explosiveness and less stable emotions which were feared to cause conflicts among themselves and with people around them. Therefore, dissemination of emotional intelligence to the adolescents in MA Solihiyyah enabled the students to have emotional competence to minimize emotional problems related to youth. The activities of the community service were intended to give an overview to the community, specifically the teenagers at Solihiyyah MA. Through the emotional intelligence dissemination activities, the individuals (the teenagers) would become more aware of the emotional cycle, such as feeling guilty for being angry. Awareness of the emotional cycle can improve their ability in dealing with their emotions towards others.
