Abstract


The main aim of this study is to find out students perceptions about to better way of preparing young people for labour market using the indicators of Employability and Competency Attributes Need of Employers. The results of this study is beneficial for curriculum design change in Management Study Program. This study involves 146 respondents from student of Management Study Program. This research employs descriptive statistics non-parametric method. The findings of this research help students gain a better insight about employability competency.
