DIMENSI PRAKTIK SDM DAN INTENSI TURNOVER PADA KARYAWAN

Abstract


This research aimed to find out the correlation between HR practice and turnover intention on employees. Hyphotesis of this research was that the dimensions of HR practice have a negative correlation with turnover intention. Sample was taken by convenience sampling, total of research sample were 131 employees. Data was taken by using two scales, those were HR Practice scale and Turnover Intention scale. HR Practices had 0,944 alpha reliability coefficients and Turnover Intention scale was 0,952. The result showed that growth opportunities dimension was obtain coefficient correlation (r) -0,680 with 0,000 significances. Dimensions of job security and compensation was obtain coefficient correlation (r) -0,654 with 0,000 significances; and training dimension was obtain coefficient correlation (r) -0,584 with 0,000 significances.The last dimension, namely participation and supervisor support was obtain coefficient correlation (r) -0,467 with 0,000 significances. The result showed that dimensions of HR practice have a negative correlation and significant with turnover intention.
