Abstract
This study aims to determine the extent of service quality and drug information services provided for consumers. More specifically, the purpose of this study was to determine consumer perceptions of service quality and kind of drug information services.
This study describes the facts about the object of research in Sleman district of Yogyakarta. The results show that the quality of pharmaceutical services in five dimensions of service quality is generally considered to be satisfactory for its customers. However, there an some consumers who feel less satisfied (with a high level), ie willingness of staff/pharmacist for a relationship and counseling to consumers. Pharmacists do not provide an explanation or detailed information about the use of drugs.
