Cognitive Behavioral Therapy untuk Meningkatkan Self-Efficacy Akademis pada Siswa SMA Korban Bullying Relasional

Abstract


Fenomena bullying relasional di sekolah bukan sesuatu yang baru. Bullying relasional adalah bentuk intimidasi untuk menyakiti orang lain dan merusak reputasinya, melalui gossip, penyeberan rumor, dan pengucilan dari kelompok. Murid perempuan lebih sering menjadi korban bullying ini daripada murid laki-laki. Bullying relasional menurunkan self-efficacy akademis siswa, yang akhirnya menurunkan pencapaian akademisnya. Self-efficacy akademis adalah keyakinan individu akan kemampuannya untuk mengerjakan tugas akademis yang ditentukan. Siswa yang mempunyai self-efficacy akademis rendah tidak mempunyai motivasi tinggi untuk belajar dan tidak mampu mengerjakan tugas-tugas sekolah. Konselor sekolah mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk melakukan intervensi terhadap siswa yang menjadi korban bullying ini. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) digunakan untuk mengurangi dampak bullying relasional dan meningkatkan self-efficacy akademis siswa.
