The aim of this research was to determine the effect of student worksheets based on Learning Cycle 5E on students achievement in Reaction Rate material This study used quasi experimental method: post test only with 1x1 factorial design. The samples in this research were the students of class XI MIA 1 and XI MIA 2 of SMAN 1 Polokarto. Sample testing done by a t-test of the two sides. Based on this research, it was concluded that: student worksheets based on Learning Cycle 5E have influence on students achievement in knowledge aspect, meanwhile they have no influence on students attitude and skill achievement.
