Abstract
This study aimed to adapt the instruments called Organizational Culture Assessment Inventory (OCAI) into Indonesian version. This study expected to be obtained through a measuring instrument Indonesian language organizational culture that valid and reliable so as to assist the company in accelerating the growth of the organization. The subjects included 80 people from various companies both profit and profit in the region of Central Java and Yogyakarta. Results proved that the dimension of the clan culture (MSAclan > 0.5; rix: 0.84) and the market culture (MSAmarket > 0.5; rix: 0.840) were able to be measured with an OCAI adaptation version. The results also proved that the dimensions of Adhocracy culture (MSAadhocracy > 0.5; rix: 0,550) and Hierarcy culture (MSAhierarcy > 0.5; rix: 0.637) less able measured by an OCAI adaptation version.
