HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMPETENSI KERJA TIM DAN EFEKTIVITAS TIM PROYEK PADA KERJA KELOMPOK MAHASISWA PSIKOLOGI USD

Abstract


This study aimed to determine the relationship between team work competence and project team effectiveness involved in the students task group at the Faculty of Psychology, Sanata Dharma University. The subjects were 86 students who attend courses on industrial and organizationalpsychology at the undergraduate program in the psychology department at Sanata Dharma University. The hypothesis was: there is a positive and significant relationship between team work competence with project team effectiveness on industrial and organizational psychology at the undergraduate program in the psychology department at Sanata Dharma University. Assuming test results on the research has shown the situation of non-parametric. The hypothesis is proven, among others, (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between team work competence and project team effectiveness of students involved in the group task Class Industrial and Organizational Psychology (pteamwork-competencies= 0,000 < 0,05; r = 0,573), ( 2) there was a positive and significant relationship on each dimension of team work competence and project team effectiveness on students involved in the group task Class Industrial and Organizational Psychology (((pinterpersonal-competencies = 0,000 < 0,05; r = 0,551) (pself management-competencies
= 0,000 < 0,05; r = 0,467)).
